Pricing

Clear prices. No revenue share.

You pay a monthly fee for each member who uses your app, plus a fixed fee for each member who pays you. Never a percentage. Your subscription money stays yours, and your fixed costs become one line that moves with your members.

What counts as an active member?

Anyone who signs in or opens your app or website at least once in a calendar month, counted once however many devices they use.

Dormant accounts, sign-ups that never confirm, and fake or banned accounts we remove within 7 days cost nothing. Each bill uses a three-month rolling average, so a marketing push doesn’t spike it.

Get a fixed quote

Two fees, both fixed amounts. The active-member fee covers running your members. The paying-member fee is charged for each member who buys anything that month: a subscription, credits, coins or gifts. Neither is a percentage, so if you raise your prices, the extra is all yours.

Get a fixed quote
Fair by design

A ceiling on the fee. A promise on the results.

Terms that sit in every contract. The details are in your proposal.

Never more than 20% of your revenue

On We run it all, your fee in a year is never more than 20% of your gross revenue. On Use the API, never more than 8%. The monthly minimum still applies.

A performance promise

For the first 90 days after the switch, we measure rates the platform controls, such as renewals and sign-up completion, against your own starting point. If one falls short, that month’s paying-member fee is waived. A fee waiver, not cash.

Extras at published rates

Expert moderation beyond the standard service, ID checks and text messages are charged per use, at rates in your proposal. We don’t offer live video yet.

Savings and value estimate

What running your own platform costs you, in profit and in company value.

Every default comes from a public source you can open. Change any of them. A saving in running costs goes straight to EBITDA, and dating companies are valued on a multiple of EBITDA.

Engineers, DevOps and QA on the app and its infrastructure. Most partners keep one or two.

Your revenue

Your revenue stays yours.

We charge for the platform, not a share of what your members pay. That keeps your gross margin, your forecasts and your exit story clean.

  • You keep billing. Your app store accounts and your payment provider. For web checkout, you or we can be merchant of record, whichever suits you.
  • No revenue share. Our fees are fixed amounts per active member and per paying member. If you raise your prices, the extra is yours.
  • You own your members and their data. We act as your processor under a signed data processing agreement.
  • Your brand, your listing. The apps are published under your developer accounts, so reviews and rankings stay with you.
Make more

Lower costs are half of it. Here’s the other half.

Every partner gets the same ways to earn, already built and ready to switch on.

$

Web checkout

Sell plans on the web where store rules allow, so less of each sale goes to the app stores.

★

Paid features

Boosts, priority messages, introductions, who viewed you and paid ID checks, priced by you.

♥

Network members who pay

Members who join through the network can become your payers, in your app and your brand.

↻

Fewer lost renewals

Payments operations and disputes run for you, so fewer subscriptions lapse by accident.

Your data and the network

Your data and the shared network are two different things.

Your members’ data is always private. The shared network is something your members choose to join, and it only ever shows a profile card.

Your data: always private

  • Profiles, photos, messages, payments, reports and analytics, in your own database
  • We act only as your processor, under a signed data processing agreement
  • Never sold, never used for our own brands, never used to train AI models
  • Full export at any time, and deletion when you leave

The shared network: your members’ choice

  • Members opt in through their global dating setting, and can switch it off at any time
  • Shows a profile card only: name, age, approved photos, approximate location, profile answers, verification badge and online status
  • Never shows messages, contact details, payment details or exact location
  • Our own brands take part on the same terms as every partner
  • You choose, brand by brand, whether to take part and whether to use backfill
Contract protections

What your board will ask, answered in the contract.

Moving your platform is a big decision. These are the terms we put in writing so the risk sits with us, not with you.

Your data, always

A full export of your members, content and history in an open format at any time, at no charge.

Help if you leave

If you move on, we help you move: 90 days of run-off support and a clean handover.

Service credits

An uptime commitment of 99.95% on We run it all (99.9% on the other plans), with credits off your bill if we miss it: 5% of that month’s fees for each 0.1% below, up to 25%.

Price protection

Rates fixed for the contract term, with any rise capped at US inflation (CPI).

Pay on milestones

The build fee is paid in two stages: half when you sign the pilot agreement, half when your app arrives in TestFlight, running on our platform.

Code escrow

Source code held with an independent escrow agent, available on request.

Fees start at the switch

Before your members move, you pay only the build fee. Platform fees start on the day you switch.

A way back

Your old system stays running for 60 days after the switch, so you can go back if you need to. The migration plan.

Insurance

Cyber and professional liability insurance, with partners named on it (from December 2026).

Try it first

Use your own app before you commit.

The build plan starts as a pilot. We rebuild your app on our platform, starting from the app you have today, and your team tests it before you decide. If you run several apps, start with one brand.

Pricing questions

The small print, in big print.

Do you take a share of our revenue?

No. Never. You pay a fixed fee per active member and per paying member. Your subscription and in-app revenue is all yours, and so is any price rise.

Is there a minimum term?

Use the API runs for 12 months and We run it all for 24 months, then both roll monthly.

What does switching cost?

The build plan is $50,000, paid in two stages and starting as a pilot. If you sign within 60 days of pilot sign-off, it comes back as credit against your fees over your first 12 months. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the redesigned screens and our pilot report.

Can you lower our app store fees?

Where store rules allow, we support web checkout and alternative billing, so you keep more of each subscription. Your cost review shows what that’s worth in your markets.

What if our member numbers drop?

Your bill drops with them. That’s the point of paying per active member instead of carrying fixed costs. And backfill from the shared network keeps your app feeling busy while you grow again.

Does the shared network cost extra?

No. Network access is included on every plan. Members pay the brand they joined, and nobody takes a share of anyone else’s revenue.

How is the monthly bill worked out?

Active and paying members are counted each calendar month, and each bill uses a three-month rolling average of both. Your console shows the live count, and your statement uses the same data.

Do you support live video?

Not yet. If your app uses live video, it can keep its current video service.

What if we want to leave?

You get a full export of your data at no charge, your app’s screens, help with the handover, and 90 days of run-off.
