Safety and moderation

Every profile and photo checked by AI moderation (Sightengine), with rules shaped by 25 years of dating safety, supervised by our trust and safety team. Reported profiles are reviewed by a person within 4 hours, and appeals of automated decisions go to a person (for every partner by January 2027).

Your community rules, report reasons, and how strict to be in each market, above the network minimum.
ID and age checks

Government ID and selfie checks with a verified badge, plus age checks for laws like the UK Online Safety Act. Available from 30 November 2026, with written consent.
